Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer who has a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, full-stack development, and modern AI agent frameworks. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, building, and optimizing intelligent systems including chatbots, voice agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions and intelligent agents. Implement and optimize applications using LLMs (Large Language Models) such as Open AI/GPT, Claude, or similar. Build and maintain AI-based chatbots using frameworks like Lang Chain , Dialog flow , and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) . Develop and deploy voice AI agents using platforms like Bland AI , VARI , and GHL . Integrate AI solutions into full-stack applications across front-end and back-end. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Debug and optimize AI models and pipelines for real-world applications. Keep up with latest trends in generative AI, conversational AI, and related technologies. Required Technical Skills: Strong experience in AI/ML development (NLP, transformers, model fine-tuning, etc.) Proficiency with LLMs , Lang Chain , and RAG pipelines . Hands-on experience in building AI Chatbots and AI Voice Assistants . Experience with tools such as Dialog flow , Bland AI , VARI , and GHL . Strong full-stack development skills (MERN/MEAN or equivalent). Knowledge of backend languages like Python , Node.js , and frontend frameworks like React.js , Vue.js , etc. Experience with cloud services and deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure). API development and integration skills (RESTful APIs, Webhooks, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in a product-based or service-based company handling AI use-cases. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
