AI Developer for futuristic too development

One of our client is seeking a dynamic AI Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems. This is a critical role that demands creativity, technical excellence, and a passion for real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for user profiling, career path prediction, skill gap analysis, and recommendations

• Work on natural language processing (NLP) modules for personalized report generation

• Integrate AI algorithms with different data sets.

• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless model integration

• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and security

• Continuously improve the models based on user feedback and evolving data

• Research and implement cutting-edge AI techniques relevant to personal growth, career development, and behavioral analytics

• Maintain clear documentation for models, datasets, and APIs

Qualification & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development (startup experience is a big plus)

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.

• Experience with NLP (spaCy, NLTK, Transformers)

• Knowledge of recommender systems, predictive analytics, and classification models

• Good understanding of database systems and APIs (REST, GraphQL)

• Ability to work with unstructured data (text, survey inputs, astrological charts)

• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
