About the Role:

Junior UI/UX Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Technical Lead and product team to understand design goals and user needs.
• Convert UI designs and wireframes into functional Angular components.
• Ensure frontend integration with Java Spring Boot APIs under guidance.
• Assist in creating responsive and accessible user interfaces across desktop and mobile devices.
• Help test and troubleshoot UI issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Support the creation of user flows, basic wireframes, and layout improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning and team meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Good understanding of responsive design and modern UI frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful API integration (preferably with Java/Spring Boot).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for UI/UX design.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience working on EdTech or career guidance-related platforms.
• Exposure to charting or visualization libraries like Chart.js or D3.js.
• Understanding of basic UX principles and user-centered design.
• Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development.
