As an AI Developer at Bloomfield Innovations, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying AI-powered features within the Education ERP platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and integrating AI/ML models into the Bloomfield ERP platform. - Implementing smart features for product development such as predictive analytics for student performance and dropout risk, intelligent scheduling, AI-powered chatbots, personalized learning recommendations, and automated grading systems. - Using NLP to analyze academic content, feedback, and communications. - Collaborating with UI/UX teams to bring AI solutions to life in the product interface. - Ensuring that all AI applications adhere to data privacy, security, and ethical standards in education. - Evaluating and improving AI models for accuracy, scalability, and real-world performance. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and EdTech to bring innovative ideas into product development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning or AI models in real-world applications. - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). - Strong knowledge of algorithms, statistics, and data structures. - Experience working with NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers). - Ability to work with structured and unstructured data. - Understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a product-driven environment.
