Role Overview

AI Developer

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intelligent automation, predictive systems, and generative AI capabilities that drive innovation and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train AI/ML models for various use cases, including NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
  Implement end-to-end AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (Large Language Models) using frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
  Work with embeddings, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks for intelligent retrieval systems.
  Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI modules into live applications.
  Optimize models for scalability and performance on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities.
  Communicate technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  Certifications in AI/ML or cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) are an added advantage.
  

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development, training, and deployment.
  Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  Proven experience integrating AI into production environments or enterprise applications.
  Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and API-based model deployment.
  
  
  

Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  Experience with cloud AI services - AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure AI Studio.
  Familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain, or agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
  Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to scalability and performance.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
