We are seeking  an AI Engineering to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions.. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Python, C#/Java, and microservices, with leadership experience in building and scaling intelligent agent platforms. You will manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to architect AI-first microservice systems, integrate third-party speech/NLP APIs, and drive innovation in user-facing conversational AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of AI-based solutions using LLMs, TTS/STT engines, and NLP toolkits.
• Drive engineering excellence across Python and C#/Java microservices for real-time, scalable conversational platforms.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to define and deliver innovative AI-driven user experiences.
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs and vector databases into applications using semantic search and prompt engineering best practices.
• Ensure best practices in CI/CD, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS).
• Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical depth.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 16+ years of experience in software development, including 2–5 years leading AI/ML/NLP or conversational AI projects.
• Proficiency in Python and C# or Java, including modern frameworks for web and microservices (Flask, FastAPI, .NET Core, Spring Boot).
• Experience building and deploying bot agents using LLMs, STT
• Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and prompt orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps pipelines.
