AI Automation Specialist (Low-Code / No-Code Solutions)

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can design, develop, and maintain

workflow automation using low-code/no-code tools such as N8n, Make.com, Zapier

other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building

automated workflows, integrating APIs, and optimizing business processes to improve

efficiency and reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and identify areas where automation can add value.

• Design and implement workflows using platforms like N8n

tools.

• Integrate multiple systems and applications through APIs and connectors.

• Optimize and maintain existing automation workflows for performance and

scalability.

• Troubleshoot automation issues and implement fixes quickly.

• Collaborate with team members to identify new automation opportunities.

• Document workflows, processes, and integration steps for future reference.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation tools

Zapier, Integromat, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is preferred but

not mandatory.

• Experience in API integrations and working with JSON, webhooks, and third-party

services.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot automation failures.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Experience in workflow design, process mapping, or RPA (Robotic Process

Automation) tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with AI tools and integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI).

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business software integrations.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

preferred.

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in automation development.
