Role Overview

DigiPanda

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms

  (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n, Airtable Automations, etc.)

  .
• Develop and configure

  AI voice agents and AI-powered chatbots

  for client campaigns and internal projects.
• Build automated content creation workflows using AI tools

  (e.g., GPT-based systems, video generation tools, content automation platforms).

• Collaborate with digital marketing, social media, and AI teams to integrate automation into client strategies.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain automation processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Research and implement emerging AI/automation tools that can add value to our offerings.
• Document workflows, provide training/support to internal teams, and ensure smooth adoption of automation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with no-code/low-code automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI-based tools such as AI voice agents, chatbots, and content generation platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations between multiple platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into automation solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A result-oriented approach must take ownership to ensure measurable outcomes.
