AI Architect

As an AI Principal, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to optimize platforms and processes across the Customer Experience spectrum in BPO/ITES environments. Your role will entail working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to identify opportunities where AI can bring transformative value. Additionally, you will oversee the development of AI-driven products, services, and processes while ensuring ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: AI Strategy Development & Execution: - Developing and executing a comprehensive AI strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. - Identifying and prioritizing AI use cases to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences. - Collaborating with C-suite executives to integrate AI into long-term business planning and decision-making processes. AI Solution Design & Implementation: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions tailored to BPO/ITES operations. - Overseeing the creation of AI-powered tools for process automation, predictive analytics, NLP, chatbots, voicebots, and other relevant applications. - Ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions into existing workflows and systems. Data Management & Analytics: - Driving data governance, quality, and management practices to ensure high-quality datasets for AI model training. - Leveraging advanced analytics and big data platforms to derive actionable insights and improve decision-making. - Implementing robust data privacy and security protocols to safeguard sensitive client information.,
