As an AI Architect at IT By Design, you will play a crucial role in architecting the next wave of intelligent automation solutions for global MSPs. You will design the blueprint of AI-driven ecosystem, shaping the future of IT operations, automation, and evolution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proven experience in AI/ML or workflow automation architecture - Proficiency in Python and REST API development - Expertise in Rewst, n8n, or Power Automate - Strong grasp of RAG, LLMs, and prompt engineering - Experience integrating MSP systems (ConnectWise, Datto, etc.) - Data handling using SQL, JSON, or vector databases **Qualifications Required:** - Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks (Nice-to-Have Skill) - Exposure to Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face ecosystems (Nice-to-Have Skill) - Understanding of MLOps pipelines, deployment, and CI/CD integration (Nice-to-Have Skill) - Prior experience in DevOps, GitHub Actions, or automation consulting (Nice-to-Have Skill) - Strong presentation or technical pre-sales skills (Nice-to-Have Skill) By joining IT By Design, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the AI Automation Team in India, where innovation meets purpose.
