AI Architect

Role Overview: Join Atrium, the consulting firm born in AI, and be part of defining and reshaping industries by turning potential into measurable impact. As an Agentic Architect, you will lead the development and implementation of Agentic AI initiatives, driving tangible business value through intelligent agents. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable and robust architectures for Agentic AI systems - Define and enforce best practices for agent development, deployment, and monitoring - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural oversight to a team of engineers - Lead technical design and code reviews - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements - Develop and implement agent-based solutions for real-world applications - Utilize frameworks and tools such as Google Vertex AI, LangChain, or Anthropic Claude for building and deploying agents - Experiment with and evaluate different agent architectures, techniques, and models - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to agent performance and reliability - Create tools to aid in agent creation and management - Stay updated with advancements in Agentic AI and related fields - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance agent capabilities - Conduct research and experimentation for novel applications of Agentic AI - Document and share knowledge and best practices within the team and organization - Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Drive continuous improvement in team processes and workflows Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications - Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts like planning, reasoning, and execution - Experience with Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude, or LangChain - Proficiency in Python - Experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Leadership and mentorship experience with engineering teams - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) - Experience with reinforcement learning and AI-powered APIs - Exposure to Vector Databases - Experience in bringing a product to market, preferably an agent or agentic solution - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field Please note that our recruitment process is personalized to find the right fit for each candidate.
