Job Description

Key responsibilities
  • Model development: Design, build, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Data analysis and preprocessing: Analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and perform data cleaning and feature engineering.
  • Training and evaluation: Train models, perform statistical analysis, run tests, and evaluate performance.
  • Deployment and integration: Deploy models into production environments and integrate them with existing software systems and products.
  • Optimization and maintenance: Optimize models for performance and scalability, and maintain the AI pipelines.
  • Research and collaboration: Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams like data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python is crucial, with Java and R also being beneficial.
  • Machine Learning: Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods is essential.
  • Frameworks and libraries: Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and libraries like scikit-learn is often required.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is common, with a Master's degree often preferred.
