Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation
• Conduct feature engineering, statistical analysis, experimentation, and model validation
• Build and scale production-grade ML pipelines in Python
• Evaluate models using statistical and ML metrics, ensuring robustness and reliability
• Build and fine-tune LLM-based applications (chatbots, assistants, text generation, summarization)
• Develop agentic AI systems for workflow automation and decision-making
• Integrate LLMs into existing products and backend services
  

Eligibility

• 4 years of experience in Data Science, ML, or AI Engineering
• Strong Python skills with expertise in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience building and evaluating LLM-based solutions
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, and retrieval algorithms
• Experience developing or orchestrating agentic AI workflows
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, automation, and deployment
