AI and Computer Applications trainer (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Conduct one to one online training sessions for a working professional learners

• Teach the practical use of AI tools for business productivity, research, communication, and presentations (for example: ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva AI and similar platforms)

• Customize lesson plans based on the learner’s business role, day to day use cases, and skill development goals

• Introduce and teach SQL fundamentals for data handling, reporting, and basic analytics

• Help the learner become more tech savvy through tools such as advanced Excel or Google Sheets, slide design tools, collaboration platforms, and automation workflows

• Create engaging and interactive learning material including demos, exercises, assignments, and real world projects

• Track learner progress, share structured feedback, and adjust the pace and focus as required

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, punctuality, and learner communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business or related field

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills suitable for working professionals

• Prior training or coaching experience (online preferred), especially with adult learners

• Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in business environments

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL: SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, JOINS, basic functions

• Good command over MS Office and/or Google Workspace — advanced spreadsheets and professional presentations

• Familiarity with productivity and automation tools such as Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.

• Experience in creating engaging training content — videos, slide decks, templates, and checklists
