About Us

Hello Study Global is a leading study-abroad training and counselling organization. We specialize in preparing students for standardized tests like SAT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, IELTS, and TOEFL, while also guiding them through admissions counselling for top global universities.

We are seeking enthusiastic HR Interns

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in job postings, resume screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain HR databases and update candidate/employee records
• Draft HR communications and internship agreements
• Support onboarding processes and documentation of new hires
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR research tasks
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from an Indian university (preferably 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year students)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or people management
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace preferred

Selection Process

1. Application Screening – Review of resumes and eligibility criteria
2. Short Assignment – A brief HR-related task to assess communication and organizational skills
3. Virtual Interview – Interaction with our HR team to evaluate interest and fit

Duration & Mode

• Internship Duration: 2–3 months (extendable based on performance)
• Mode: Remote/Work-from-home
