Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated AI-First philosophy – you should instinctively approach problems through an AI lens before considering traditional coding solutions
- Minimum 5-year track record in professional environments
- Strong command of Python and AWS technologies
- Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Proven success stories in implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) for practical business applications

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
