You'll design intelligent task automation flows powered by tools like LangChain , AutoGen , CrewAI , and integrate them with APIs, vector databases, and real-world data sources. Role Overview As an AI Agent Workflow Engineer, you will: Design Multi-Agent Systems: Create intelligent agents capable of collaboration, tool usage, and task delegation. Build Real-Time Workflows: Implement complex workflows where agents interact with users, APIs, and external data sources. Integrate & Deploy: Deploy agent systems into real-world products across industries like SaaS, eCommerce, operations, and content. What You’ll Do Agentic System Development: Build custom AI agents using frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain Agents, or similar tools. Define agent roles, behaviors, goals, and memory strategies for specific use cases (research, operations, customer support, etc.). Set up inter-agent communication, task routing, and tool execution pipelines. Integration & Deployment: Connect agent workflows with APIs, databases, or third-party services. Use vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and persistent memory. Deploy applications via FastAPI, Flask, or serverless environments for scalable use. Technical Requirements & Skills Experience: 2+ years in AI/ML, backend development, or agent systems. Languages: Strong in Python (required); knowledge of JS/TS is a plus. Frameworks: Hands-on experience with AutoGen, LangChain Agents, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar. LLM APIs: Proficient with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source LLMs. Databases: Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Qdrant. Bonus: Understanding of prompt engineering, chaining logic, and autonomous agent design principles.
