AI Agent Developer Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Agent Developer Intern to join our technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior developers to design, build, and refine AI agents that automate complex tasks and create intelligent solutions for our business needs. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about AI and eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other machine learning frameworks.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts to ensure our AI agents produce accurate, relevant, and reliable outputs.
• Integrate AI agents with various internal systems, databases, and third-party APIs to enable seamless workflows.
• Participate in the entire model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, training, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with AI agents to ensure high performance and stability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Solid programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python.
• A strong, foundational understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with the concept of APIs and how to interact with them.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT series, Llama, Claude) through projects or coursework.
• Experience with common AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• A portfolio of personal or academic projects that demonstrates an interest and capability in AI development.
• Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
