Role Overview

As an AI Agent Developer & Integrations Engineer, you’ll design, train, and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems that handle tasks like data discovery, workflow automation, and real-time knowledge integration. Your work will directly shape how inventors interact with and leverage AI for their projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Integrate different agents into a coordinated ecosystem (e.g., one scraping data, another analyzing sentiment, another summarizing insights).
• Build pipelines that connect agents with external APIs (LinkedIn, patent databases, social media).
• Implement memory, context sharing, and task delegation among agents.
• Collaborate with data engineers and ML associates to ensure smooth data flow into and out of AI agents.
• Optimize agent efficiency, ensuring tasks are cost-effective and scalable.
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI frameworks and propose new integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong programming skills in Python (async, APIs, microservices).
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack, or similar).
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhooks.
• Understanding of ML/NLP models (Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Familiarity with multi-agent collaboration systems.
• Exposure to workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Airflow).
• Interest in agentic simulations for R&D discovery.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
