Maintaining qualitative parameters of each consignment of bauxite as per requirement of the aluminum refinery at Muri and Renukoot. Implementing SOPs in all aspects of mining operation under jurisdiction. Facilitating preventive and predictive maintece as we'll as breakdown maintece of all equipment under jurisdiction to have continuous uptime of the equipment and nonstop production.

KRA2 Cost Controlling cost of production and achieving cost saving without compromising delivery by driving continuous process improvement across area of operation. KRA3 Cash Improving profitability by optimizing working capital through inventory management and spare consumption patterns without compromising on safety and environment aspects.

KRA4 Customer Minimizing response time in providing information and sharing data proactively with all internal and external customers with respect to the Mines.

KRA5 Sustainability Handling blasting activities in area of jurisdiction in compliance of PESO guidelines for explosive.
Implementing Integrated Management System and Energy Management System guidelines. Implementing good housekeeping practices in area of jurisdiction. Implementing sustainability initiative in assigned mine area through Mine Restoration as mandated by law through backfilling of exhausted mines. Implementation of vegetative growth in the reclaimed land and creating biodiversity restoration by large scale plantation. Managing dust suppression activities around the mining areas looking into the environmental consequences.

KRA6 Safety Implementing Safety standards and developing safety mechanism to achieve zero harm.
Embedding safety culture through training and awareness sessions to eliminate unsafe behavior with focus on implementation of safety standards such as LOTOTO, HIRA, 5S, use of PPE and safety related training. Implementing emergency handling readiness through continuous recording of special events, benchmarking, efficiency evaluation.

KRA7 People Development Engagement Implementing training initiatives to enhance technical and behavioral competencies.
Supervising intake and deployment of physically fit and appropriately trained contractual workforce and overseeing their continuous training and we'llbeing as per company guidelines in area under jurisdiction. Implementing safety culture in the worker s level by continuous safety training.
