We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agricultural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Agricultural Engineering and a passion for advancing agricultural practices through the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include: - Studying and identifying field-level requirements for new equipment/machinery. - Providing insights and suggestions for the design and development of new agricultural machinery and equipment. - Collaborating with other engineering professionals on specific projects for effective solutions. - Working with agronomists to ensure that machinery aligns with field-level practices. - Developing methodologies for equipment validations to assess performance. - Planning and organizing field demonstrations to showcase the functionality and performance of new agricultural machinery and equipment. - Gathering feedback from farmers and end-users to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Conducting research and analysis to identify emerging trends and advancements in agricultural engineering for continuous improvement in machinery design. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with agricultural tools, equipment, and machinery. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,
