Role Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing production, ensuring quality control, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and working closely with other engineering teams. The role involves collaborating with team members to meet production goals and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
• Skills in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the agriculture or commercial vehicle industry is a plus
