The role includes working on circuit design, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and supporting integration with embedded software and vehicle systems to deliver reliable, high-performance EV components and control systems. Design and develop electronic circuits for EV subsystems, such as Battery Management Systems (BMS), Motor Controllers, DC-DC Converters, On-board Chargers (OBCs), and related hardware. Perform schematic capture, PCB layout design, component selection, and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation. Develop prototypes and test boards; conduct functional, thermal, and environmental testing as per automotive standards Support design validation (DVT) and production validation (PVT) phases, including EMI/EMC compliance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering, to ensure hardware-software integration and system reliability.
