Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage releasing, tracking, versioning, and archiving of all engineering/production documents
Issue and close ECNs with proper impact assessment
Generate and maintain SAP product and material codes
Ensure documentation compliance with AS-9000, ISO 9001/9100, and internal QMS
Implement and support PLM system usage across teams
Maintain version control systems (VSS) and engineering data
Review PCB layouts, schematics, and manage Cadence parts library
Coordinate SI/PI analysis with design teams
Work on AutoCAD, OrCAD, Cadence, Allegro for drawing/documentation activities
Drive configuration management and change tracking
Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and SCM teams
Support internal and external audit requirements
Conduct training on documentation processes, ECNs, and PLM
Identify and implement improvements in documentation workflows

Qualification & Experience:

B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
Minimum 12 years of experience in documentation control, ECN handling, and PLM
Proficiency in AutoCAD, OrCAD, Cadence, Allegro
Experience with SAP, PLM systems, VSS, and configuration management
Knowledge of AS-9000, ISO 9001/9100 standards
Strong organizational and coordination skills
