Job Description

Develop detailed 3D piping designs and layouts in Siemens NX, including routing, supports, and connections.
Design and integrate thermal fluid systems (cooling, heating, or HVAC-related piping).
Perform piping stress and thermal expansion analysis to ensure system reliability.
Generate 2D drawings, BOMs, and isometric views for fabrication and installation.
Interface with process, mechanical, and thermal engineers to ensure design accuracy and functional performance.
Conduct thermal and flow analysis (using NX or integrated CAE tools) to verify system efficiency.
Ensure designs meet relevant industry codes and standards (ASME, ISO, etc.).
Participate in design reviews and collaborate with manufacturing and installation teams.
Manage design changes and maintain documentation through the product lifecycle management (PLM) system.
