You will be responsible for Diagnosis data content development for the Aftersales Diagnostic tester. You will be working closely with colleagues from R&D and Aftersales to provide quick solution to workshop.

1.

Diagnosis data content development for the Aftersales Diagnostic tester
Support & resolve workshops with issues arising during diagnostic tasks/routines
Validation of the various electronic systems involved with the After Sales Systems
Ensure KPI of the projects are monitored, tracked and targets achieved as per yearly agreements.
QMS standards are followed, tracked and monitored on regular basis.
Connect with all stakeholders regularly for partner engagement and when required escalation management.
Expected to participate in Innovation and continuous improvement activities.
Need to improve competency overtime

2.

Independent working experience with electronically controlled vehicle systems
Problem Solving abilities and Working Independently.
Effective and Eminence in working as Team Member.
Good written and communication skills.
German language proficiency is an added advantage.
