Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at RKD Construction Pvt. Ltd. in Bhubaneshwar. The AGM will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. The AGM will also be involved in strategic planning, budget management, and client communication.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Operations Management, and Team Coordination skills
  • Budget Management and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and Decision-making skills
  • Construction industry experience is a plus
