AGM Procurement Transformer

Role Overview: As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Procurement - Transformer at KRYFS Power Components Ltd., you will have a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing supplier evaluation, managing procurement processes, optimizing materials and supply chain management, and ensuring efficient contract management. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, negotiation of contracts, maintenance of vendor relationships, and monitoring of compliance with company standards will be essential in achieving cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate suppliers and manage relationships effectively - Oversee procurement processes and optimize materials management - Streamline supply chain management to ensure timely material availability - Manage contract negotiations, compliance, and documentation handling - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve cost-effectiveness - Maintain relationships with vendors and monitor compliance with company standards - Optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient procurement planning - Utilize strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate leadership abilities and effectively manage teams Qualification Required: - Proven expertise in Supplier Evaluation and relationship management - Strong skills in Procurement and Materials Management, including procurement planning and cost analysis - Experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on optimizing inventory and ensuring timely material availability - Proficiency in Contract Management, including negotiation, compliance, and documentation handling - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage teams effectively - Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications will be a plus - Experience in the manufacturing or transformer industry is highly desirable,
