Director / Sr. Director – Capital Market & Land Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and close Land Disposition Transactions across key metro markets (Mumbai & Bengaluru).
• Execute Capital Raising and Land Monetization strategies for real estate developers.
• Secure mandates and manage the end-to-end transaction process efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a robust database of developers, landowners, and financial institutions.
• Ensure individual revenue and performance targets are achieved.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with Tier-2 and Tier-3 developers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement and deal execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Land or Capital Market Transactions.
• Proven track record in Land Acquisition, Fundraising, and Joint Ventures.
• Strong understanding of Development Control Regulations (DCR) and real estate finance structures such as Construction Finance or Structured Finance.
• Well-established network within the developer and investor ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and deal-closing abilities.

Qualification:

• MBA / CA / CFA from a reputed institution.

Additional Details:

• Preference: Early joiners (within 60 days).
• Target Profiles: Professionals from Real Estate Investment Banking Firms or International Property Consultants (IPCs) specializing in Land & Capital Markets.
• Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office.
• Location: Mumbai and Bengaluru.
