Job Description

Experience – 12-15 years


  • Drive sales targets for assigned projects and ensure revenue achievement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, channel partners, and prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, institutional buyers, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to client issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business updates to management.
  • Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities for lead generation.
  • Other roles and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
