Assistant General Manager � Business IntegrationWe are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager � Business Integration to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Business Integration, Performance Monitoring, Thermal and Power Trading, Strategic Projects, and Policies. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise and leadership skills.LocationDelhi

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business integration strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement thermal and power trading strategies
  • Lead strategic projects and policies to drive business transformation and growth
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in business integration, performance monitoring, and thermal and power trading
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

Requirements

  • 12-16 years of experience in Business Integration, Performance Monitoring, Thermal and Power Trading, Strategic Projects, and Policies
  • Strong understanding of business integration principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business transformation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
