Agility Lead/ Scrum Master

You are an experienced Agility Lead/Scrum Master who will play a critical role in guiding teams towards higher performance and delivering value to customers. Your deep understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent facilitation skills will be key in driving continuous improvement within the organization. Your responsibilities will include guiding teams in adopting Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting team members in their professional growth, maintaining a prioritized backlog, identifying and resolving impediments, tracking team performance metrics, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and conducting training sessions and workshops to promote Agile principles. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or hold an equivalent Agile certification, have [X]+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment, possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle, excel in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in Agile project management tools, and have the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
