Job Description

About the Role:

Agile Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Software Design & Development:

Design, code, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in alignment with modern development standards.
Collaborate with the team to implement solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Agile Collaboration:

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Work in close partnership with product owners, QA testers, designers, and other developers.
Actively contribute to user story definition, estimation, and iteration planning.

Testing & Continuous Delivery:

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration, testing, and delivery.
Perform code reviews and support peer development through constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with
TDD (Test-Driven Development)
or
BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
.
Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Agile frameworks like
SAFe

Scrum
, or
Lean Software Development
.
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g.,
Certified Scrum Developer

CSM
,
PSM
).
