Agile Project Manager

As an Agile Project Manager in Perth, your role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies for various distributed streams, such as technical product delivery and DevOps onsite/offshore. This includes conducting sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews/showcases, and release planning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Encouraging collaboration and proactively seeking opportunities to improve collaboration between distributed teams - Planning and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of services for designated products and projects - Managing release plans, iteration plans, and status reporting for the designated projects - Assisting the team in making appropriate commitments to tasks - Identifying and removing blockers, limiting work in progress, and preventing distractions - Facilitating frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements - Leading agile projects from initial project backlog creation and planning activities through demonstration and release deployment - Leading risk and issue identification, and mitigation activities with the project team - Ensuring timely and accurate communication and distribution of project information to all appropriate team members and stakeholders - Identifying differences in understanding and issues as they arise and elevating them to the team for resolution Additionally, you will be responsible for managing sprints, ensuring process, delivery, and priorities are accurate and delivered on time. You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback are completed in a timely manner and meet Sprint timelines. You will also be expected to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, encourage self-management, train, mentor, coach, and help set up fit-for-purpose agile delivery models and behaviors. Your role will involve driving adoption and readiness of proposed changes.
