Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., user stories, burndown charts). Familiarity with software development processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate discussions. Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
