What You’ll Do

• Build advanced

  n8n workflows

  , including multi-step logic, conditions, and event-driven automation
• Design

  AI-powered agentic flows

  using LLMs, retrieval, and tool-calling
• Translate messy business operations (restaurants, retail, services) into clean, scalable workflows
• Test and refine automations with real customers
• Develop reusable templates for the

  Nuxa Workflow Library

• Integrate external systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication

• Build workflows for operations, customer success, and GTM teams

• Collaborate directly with the founders on workflow strategy and roadmap

• Convert workflow insights into product requirements for engineering

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

• Think naturally in workflows, triggers, and systems
• Have strong hands-on experience with

  n8n

  (mandatory)
• Understand APIs, JSON, authentication, and REST integrations
• Can simplify messy processes into automated systems
• Feel comfortable speaking with SMB operators to understand their needs
• Move quickly, iterate fast, and enjoy early-stage product building
• Are curious about agentic AI, reasoning loops, and tool-calling automation

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with

  Clay

  for data workflows, enrichment, or GTM automation
• Knowledge of restaurant, retail, or e-commerce operations
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Airtable
• Exposure to WhatsApp API, Google Sheets, or outbound tools
• Experience in workflow diagramming (Miro, Mermaid, Whimsical)
• Prompt engineering or LLM agent design experience
