1. Agent Engineer :

As an Agent Engineer at Valantor, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our customers to design and deploy intelligent agents that solve their most pressing document challenges. Using our GroundX document ingestion platform as the foundation, you’ll implement, refine, and adapt agents to deliver real business outcomes.

This role is deeply collaborative and applied—you’ll be in the room with clients, understanding their workflows, and translating their needs into working AI solutions. It’s an opportunity to combine technical expertise in Python and prompt design with direct customer engagement, bringing the most advanced AI for unstructured documents into live production environments.

2. API Engineer :

As a Golang Backend Engineer at Valantor, you’ll play a critical role in building and scaling the APIs and distributed systems that power our AI-driven document platform. You’ll design and implement core backend services that connect our GroundX ingestion engine, model inference systems, and customer-facing applications—turning unstructured data into structured intelligence at massive scale.

This role is deeply technical and applied—you’ll work with real data pipelines, model endpoints, and production workloads that process millions of documents. It’s an opportunity to combine strong engineering fundamentals with creativity and autonomy, delivering systems that power the most advanced AI for unstructured documents in live enterprise environments.

3. Site Reliability Engineer :

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Valantor, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving our on-premise product—a fully containerized Helm chart–based solution deployed into customer-managed Kubernetes clusters. You’ll ensure that every deployment is reliable, secure, and reproducible across diverse enterprise environments.

• You’ll also help build and scale the infrastructure behind Valantor’s cloud APIs, designing Terraform-based provisioning, Kubernetes automation, and CI/CD pipelines that allow our AI systems to process data at massive scale. This is a deeply technical role where precision, performance, and reproducibility matter—your work will directly shape how enterprises deploy and operate Valantor’s AI globally.
