Agency Unit Manager- Health Insurance

As an ideal candidate for this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Strengthening operational delivery to maximize Agency business and customer acquisition. - Delivering growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives. - Collaborating with the Branch Operations Team to generate Customer Leads. - Achieving targets by collaborating with the Branch Operations team. - Deriving new initiatives through the existing customer base and new untapped markets to bring in new sales. - Leveraging vectors to achieve targets. - Managing Customer Parameters persistency for sales done through. - Managing product mix as agreed from time to time. - Tracking competition on products, structure, and initiatives. - Ensuring compliance and functioning as per the guidelines laid down by the Compliance Team. - Building sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open and interactive communication. - Determining clients" particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments. - Ensuring segmented product-based campaigns. - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Keeping records of field sales calls and home visits. - Using appropriate solutions and up-selling methods. - Performing follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution, as well as taking references. - Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.,
