Agency Sales Manager

You are an experienced and dynamic Agency Manager responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets. Your role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be leading and motivating a team of sales professionals while developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Your ability to analyze market trends will help identify growth opportunities, and you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and resolving escalated issues. As an Agency Manager, you will also be responsible for conducting benefits administration, educating clients on insurance products, negotiating contracts with clients and vendors, and performing sales administration tasks to support the team. Your proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales, will be essential for this role. Strong negotiation skills, excellent customer service abilities, proficiency in analyzing market trends, and bilingual proficiency are all beneficial qualities. Experience in outside sales is desirable for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person at Dulles, VA 20189. Relocation to Dulles, VA 20189 before starting work is required.,
