Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the agency sales team. Responsibilities include setting targets, monitoring performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The Agency Manager will also be involved in recruiting and training new agents, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
Skills in recruiting, training, and supervising a team
Strong client relationship management abilities
Knowledge of compliance requirements and organizational policies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
