Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Dwarka. The Agency Manager will oversee and manage a team of insurance agents, develop and implement strategic plans, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include training and motivating agents, monitoring sales performance, building agency relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires regular reporting to senior management and collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth. Qualifications Experience in team management, leadership, and strategic planning Proficiency in sales, marketing, and achieving sales targets Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to train, motivate, and develop insurance agents Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the health insurance sector is a plus Show more Show less
