Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Kolkata. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the team of insurance consultants, developing strategic plans to achieve business targets, and ensuring smooth operations. Daily tasks include recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing motivational strategies to drive sales performance. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management, recruiting, and training insurance agents
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends
• Strategic planning and performance monitoring abilities
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
