Agency Manager

You will be responsible for prospecting, meeting, and converting potential customers to consistently achieve sales targets. You will recruit high-quality Agency Leaders & Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying, and sourcing individuals through presentations, follow-ups, and collection of necessary documentation. Ensuring the attendance of prospective Advisors & Agency Leaders in the training program will also be part of your responsibilities. Training the Agency Leaders & Insurance Advisors through classroom and on-the-job training will be crucial to help them achieve their sales targets. You will accompany them on sales calls, conduct mock presentations, and provide necessary support for their development. Your role will involve planning and implementing strategies to achieve business targets on a monthly basis. This includes setting individual targets for each team member based on their potential and the overall business target. Leading, motivating, and developing the team of Agency Leaders & Insurance Advisors will be essential. You will sustain a motivated team through personal examples, motivational sessions, feedback programs, and other initiatives to drive their performance. Qualifications & Experience Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales. Age Criteria: 30 Years or Above (Male or Female) Location: Within 15 km from Kottayam and ready to relocate.
