Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training advisors, creating sales strategies, monitoring performance, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires on-ground support and collaboration with team members to ensure the achievement of individual and collective goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, and team management.
Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in mentoring, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Familiarity with the health insurance industry and relevant regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
