Agency Development Manager

Salary:

24 LPA + Incentives + Reimbursements

Experience:

312 years in Sales (Life Insurance background preferred)

Role Responsibilities

As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and driving sales through the recruitment, training, and development of life insurance agents.

Recruit, onboard, and train commission-based insurance agents
Monitor agent activity plans to ensure targets are met
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs)
Maintain records and updates in the Sales Management System
Motivate agents to join Career Progression Programs
Encourage adoption of digital tools (Agent Portal CRM) for client management and cross-selling

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Key Attributes:

Excellent communication interpersonal skills
Strong sales orientation and leadership qualities
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven track record
Good knowledge of the local market and strong professional network
