Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and actively manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents)

- Achieve business targets by engaging agents and acquiring new customers

- Monitor and enhance the productivity of agents

- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to upskill agents

- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

- Foster long-term relationships with customers and advisors for sustainable growth

Desired Profile

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

- Experience:2–5 years in sales, ideally in insurance, banking, or financial services
