Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Shimla. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to ensure performance targets are met. The role includes developing strategies to increase sales, conducting performance reviews, and providing continuous support to agents to enhance their productivity. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, as well as fostering professional development within the team.
