Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Agency Development Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
