Aftermarket SPE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for facilitating aftermarket sales processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining comprehensive management information systems (MIS). Your role will involve supporting field engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of service-related activities to enhance service efficiency and exceptional customer service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate service activities - Support field engineers in preparing service-related documents - Prepare quotations and performa invoices - Add new customers to the system - Prepare spares and service quotations - Handle credit approval documents and agreements - Plan monthly shipments for service - Maintain and update MIS related to service - Enter and manage data in the ERP system - Prepare aftermarket machine LTV reports - Support in AOP & LRP preparation - Maintain machine population data for the region Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical - Experience: At least 4 years of experience in service coordination or a related field preferred - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Additional Company Details: Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution, and service of highly engineered systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
