Job Summary:

The After Sales Manager India is responsible for delivering and securing profitable growth in Aftermarket Sales & Operations across the Indian market. This includes developing strategy, leading high-performing teams, managing multiple Service Centers, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.

Accountabilities:

Lead the Aftermarket Sales & Operations team in India
Develop & implement sales and service strategy
Manage budgets and track financial performance
Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement
Ensure legal and HSE compliance
Develop and retain talent across the team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market/customer/competitor analysis
Drive business development aligned with global goals
Manage installed base and operational KPIs
Lead service operations across all Indian Service Centers
Collaborate with internal departments (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
Control P&L, capital, and operational expenditures
Recommend tools and processes to enhance service capability
